Getting the exact same error - tried literally ALL fixes I could find (changing servers, clearing cache, deleting user files etc etc etc) weird thing is when I made a new Steam account to test if it would run Apex (saw online a few people said this would work), seemed to let the new account run absolutely fine with no issues/crashes, ran a few games as well, absolutely smooth. But I wanna use my main haha. Hopefully Respawn run a fix soon, seems to be an account level issue.
