Crashing

My cousin gifted me a skin from the shop the same night that I get off I had got back online to play I wanted to open up my Apex pack that I had but when I open the pack it froze and crashed my game and then showed a yellow screen after showing sh_items.gnut#840 and keeps showing invalid settings assets
