Cross platform issue

Since Tuesday 15th of April, I haven't been able to see any of my PS4 or PS5 friends in Apex Legends. They disappeared from my friends list, and even after re-adding them, I still can't see them online or in-game.

Additionally, in the Apex Legends settings, the "Cross Platform Play" option is greyed out and cannot be turned on.

Troubleshooting I've Tried:

Checked my Xbox settings, including privacy and multiplayer permissions – didn’t find anything blocking cross-platform play.
Rebooted my Xbox Series X.
Checked for system and game updates.
Re-logged into my account.
Change server

Nothing has resolved the issue so far.
