Did not receive season 3 and 16 pred badge

I was number 664 pred during ranked season 3 and season 16 and did not receive either badge. On my account I received every single reward except for the badges (trails, charms and holo spray) the holo spray I received also says pred 9999 which is obviously impossible. I have tried multiple times to get into contact to have someone look into this as I put in a lot of time and effort into getting the predator rewards. Please help!
