Didnt get ladder champion trail after winning 3 times

Hello everyone, i wanted to ask if someone had the same issue as me. Last split while chasing predator rank i also managed to get ladder champion 3 different weeks. Sadly the last week before split ended when i finished first and ladder ended my challenge stayed on 2/3 wins and didnt update. I waited until split and season was over but still no update happened and my trail wasnt granted. I didnt even get champion rewards even tho i was literally top rp on the leaderboard. I tried contacting support about it but they told me to post here since they cant do anything. I hope someone from respawn can check my issue out and help if possible. Im sad enough i missed out predator rank by 1k rp due to cheaters and to not get the trail due to a bug as well made me regret every hour ive spent on the game since all this work was for nothing.
