Didn't not receive any event items from beast of prey pack and anniversary pack

I successfully completed the individual challenges and secured my 20 apex packs, subsequently, I received the spark bonus beast of prey pack from the opening of the free packs. However, upon opening the beast of prey pack, I was presented with normal apex pack items instead of the expected beast of prey items. This incident transpired during the anniversary free pack as well. I attempted to contact customer support eight times, yet they failed to do **bleep** anything about it.
