Oden212 I don't work for EA/Respawn, but what was the case number you had with Agent #5 so your feedback could be forwarded?
Agent 5. He reviewed everything. He wad polite. He escalated it for further review
As for this, Agent #5 did escalate the issue as when I had reported the other players who were having this same issue, I was told that the issue was already reported.
I'm not sure if I can share the name, but he is a great agent.
From what I've noticed, names are considered personal information, (especially full names), so it is best not to share those on the forums, (and when you share your case number, Agent #5's name would be linked to it as well, (along with the chat you had with them), so when the case number gets forwarded to EA, they would know who had helped you).
