Due to server issues, I was unable to redeem the Battle Pass.

I purchased the Ultimate Battle Pass for the first time, but the Ultimate Battle Pass hasn't unlocked, and the Battle Pass itself hasn't unlocked either. I contacted support, but they just kept making excuses. The first person said it hadn't been 24 hours yet and to wait. The second person said they couldn't find my purchase history, even though I bought it through Steam, not EA. They said they couldn't do anything even with the Steam purchase history. They were completely unhelpful. So I tried buying it again, this time through EA, but the Battle Pass still hasn't unlocked. I contacted support again, explained the problem. Luckily, this person was helpful and actually tried to help me. This game is terrible.
