DXGI error(0x887A0005), games crashes on daily basis

My game keeps crashing several times per day no prevous stuttering, lag or anything, its only apex that has this problem.
Rig: 

• 4090 zotac
• 7800 x3d
• 32 gb ram
• 2 tb ssd NVME

Things i tried:

1. Latest GPU driver
2. DDU clean driver install
3. reinstalling the game
4. turn off gsync
5. regedit keys
6. verify files
7. sfc /scannow
8. Bios update
9. Tried on and off XMP
10. launch as admin
11. disabled full screen optimization
12. lower setting and rising them too
13. No launch commands
