Evo Upgrade Stops Ballistic's Sling Weapon from shooting

Title basically explains everything.... When you do enough damage to upgrade your evo as Ballistic, if you are mid one-clip using your sling weapon (even in ult) the gun stops shooting and reloads it...

Please fix EA.... its obviously an overlooked bug and needs to be fixed. You have had, I believe, a literal year to fix this. Ballistic is competitive if his kit works....
