apexxnmconpoe​ You should see a camera icon when making a post, (its there on mobile as well, but you may have to scroll to the left on the toolbar for it to show up).

You also could paste the image, (like I had done above), which is easier to do on PC, but it is possible to do it on mobile if the keyboard allows the pasting of images.
