I was in a ranked game and on the broken moon map at production yard and the pond there has a issue where me and a team mate just fell through which effectively also ruined our ranked match. Please look into it here also the clip of the bug.
I fell through the exact same spot last night. We were able to get out via Alter ult, but it's definitely a hole in the map.
It happened to me today on Broken Moon—I was sliding down a "ramp" on Terraformer while healing, and I fell through in a corner...
