Hey albinextdoor,
If you believe a ban was placed on one of your game accounts incorrectly, you can appeal with the steps below.
https://help.ea.com/en/articles/security-and-rules/locked-banned-suspended-accounts/
If there are a series of people being banned incorrectly, that will be reviewed through the appeals process as well. This is not a game bug, thanks.
