Falsely banned on Apex Legends – requesting appeal review

Hello,

My Apex Legends account was recently banned, but I have never used any cheats, hacks, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in the game.

Error message shown: "The client's game account has been banned."

SID: 4:1004718:11029835:7b97c3c5-4488-4653-9112-bd234591db17

I believe this may be a false positive from the Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) system. I have not shared my account with anyone and I am the only person who plays on it.

I have tried to find a way to submit a formal ban appeal through the EA Help website but was unable to locate the option. I would greatly appreciate it if an EA staff member could review my case or guide me to the correct channel to file an appeal.
