Force Closed

title: Fatal Error - Engine Error

error: [DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED] : 0x887A0006 - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG The application's device failed due to badly formed commands sent by the application. This is an design-time issue that should be investigated and fixed.

Why this is always happen in my games, the game just force closed and I got this message.

    frozztyalpha​ Was the force close immediately after launching the game or did it happen when loading into the lobby after the shaders were processed?

    Also, have you updated your GPU's driver?
