fps drop and stuttering

Hello Apex legends support team, i am experiencing serious fps drop and stuttering that make the game very difficult to play. i love apex and have tried everything i know, but nothing has fixed it. my laptop specs lenovo ideapad gaming laptop i7-9750h 16gb of ram gtx 1650 windows 11 25h2 steam version of apex the issue FPS constantly drops between 30-60 fps with noticeable stuttering, even on the absolute lowest graphics settings. i always play with the laptop charger plugged in windows power plan is set to high performance the game is using the gtx 1650, not ingerated graphics Nvidia drivers are fully up to date i have capped fps to 60 via steam launch options, i have tried very low settings. Despite all of this, the stuttering and FPS drops remain. It was not always this bad. It seems worse after recent updates. my question. is this a known issue with gtx 1650 laptops in the current apex season?
