Description:
While playing Apex Legends on my PlayStation 4, the system frequently freezes and becomes completely unresponsive. When this happens, I cannot take a screenshot with the PS4 itself, so I used my smartphone to capture the screen at the time of the freeze. Please see the attached image as evidence.
