This was all recorded today as I got home from school.
I opened up an apex pack i guess I missed before getting off yesterday, to my surprise I got an heirloom until i didnt!!
The game crashed assoon as the first red showed which can be seen in the video. I'm actually distraught

Sorry for the concern here, as seeing those red flashes we all hope for and then crashing immediately would be a disappointment to say the least. When you click the pack opening button, whatever items were contained are added to your account immediately - even if the animation doesn't play out.
That helps make sure there isn't an issue if your queue pops - or game crashes - during the opening. What can get interrupted if that opening screen and animation doesn't fully play out properly are the notifications for new items. Those don't always appear correctly if something disrupts that pack opening.
From what I'm able to see here, the only currency added to the account from that latest pack was 15 Crafting Materials - the amount for a duplicate Common-rarity item. It looks like that's also reflected in the video you've attached, as you do have 15 additional Crafting Materials when hopping back into the lobby at the end than you did at the start.
We can certainly pass along that you ran into a crash here and what the animation appeared to be showing before that point, but given one of the three items was the 15 Crafting Materials, it may be worth checking through your locker to see if the other two new items stand out. We wouldn't be able to replace or exchange these I'm afraid, but if you're not able to locate which items are new our support may be able to take a look and clarify that aspect if you reach back out.
