Game crashes after pressing ready

When I try to play a ranked game, it says that something is processing instead of starting the queue, then after 10-15 seconds, the game crashes, and an error message appears. 

I tried reinstalling the AMD drivers (Radeon Rx 580 8gb), clearing shaders cache in the AMD software, verifying steam game files integrity and also windows file integrity (/sfc scannow in cmd). I looked on google, reddit, asked chat and other AI assistants yet nothing worked. Google said to delete a specific file, but I do not have permission to do that. If anyone had similar or the same problem and fixed it, please help!
