game crashing everytime i open it

game crashes over and over again when i attempt to open it,  comes up with "something went wrong with game or app", have tried re downloading twice to no luck, no idea what to do, stemmed from the ps5 issues the other day but i still cannot get into the game, other games working perfectly fine so know its an issue with apex
