I'm now doing a lot of testing (5 hours so far) with the Texture Stream Budget and it seems to have helped.
For two hours I set the Texture Streaming Budget to None and I had NO CRASHES but the game looks like GARBAGE
I've also played with VERY LOW (2 GB), LOW (2-3 GB), and MEDIUM (3 GB) for roughly an hour each with NO CRASHES, but just as I was about to crank it up to HIGH (4 GB) I suffered a crash in MEDIUM (3 GB).
I'm going back to LOW (2-3 GB) and if I can play for 2 hours without a crash I'll post up. I'm not satisfied with how the game looks with LOW or MEDIUM, and I still want this fixed, but maybe I have found a balance where the game is playable?
I take it all back. Crashed after 45 minutes of play at LOW (2-3 GB).
