Game froze and I got a match ban plus negative 96 rp

In the middle of a game at positive 41rp and all the sudden the game froze, i checked my wifi(did a test), it was fine, then i waited 10 minutes cause thats what google told me to do, and nothing happened, still frozen, so i closed the game and re opened it to find my self with a 10 minute match ban, and negative 96rp, like bro, i was positive and i get punished for “abandonment”, probably no way i can get that rp back , it would be nice but yeah. what the heck.
