Game or app error

When i load into the the game itll show me the axle cover then the screen turns black and then im on a page tht tells me the game or app has an error then i have the option to report or not ive been reporting its been like this for the past 3 weeks so now i just uninstalled the game for awhile ive done everything that was recommended to me like rebuilding the database in safe mode, i uninstalled and reinstalled more than 3 times and its the same result ive only ever got 1 report and that was 3yrs ago so i cant be banned  im on a ps5 pls find out whats happening i could hve been diamond by now
