Season 26 launched today so I decided to play this morning everything was fine played for 30min max..came back home a few hours later turned the game back on this time apex new terms and agreements pops up so I accept it a soon as I load in all my settings have been completely wiped and set back to standard im assuming?anyone else having this problem?

Mannnn, *bleep* tracking the issue it’s been an issue since the start of the season at this point *bleep*the wait and see approach and *bleeping* fix it, the actual *bleep*? Under investigation since season 26 launched my ah, yea it’s under investigation alright investigating how to milk more money from the community and push out store updates that is!
What's going on with this? It's been almost another week and still no fix? Come on I literally can't even play my game. I wanna play I got ranked to grind! This should be fixed by now it's been almost a month since the issue started.
My ALC SETTINGS which took years to create are gone.... this IF NOT FIXED SOON is going to ruin the return on APEX to the top, not to mention Xbox. Please fix my settings to how they were pre latest update.

Workaround: When you are done playing, going to firing range then power off the xbox seems to get around the reset(temporarily). However if server crashes you are out of luck
The issue persists on series x. After the apex ea intro I get to the server select or accessibility screen. hit a and agree to terms opens. If I see the eula my settings are gone. I tried b or quit game eula persists until accepted again. Once I agree and get in the game all settings are reset to default except brightness. If the game is closed and reopened it will reset settings almost every time. If I don’t quit game but go to the server select screen, settings stick and not lost between matches. When the sync account screen does show up it fails and always have to choose offline.
I was in a ranked match when the server crashed and kicked back to the intro screen. Settings were reset in the middle of ranked match, which was interesting.
When this first started I thought it could be account related. I reset passwords, unplugged the xbox and tried removing apex profile & saved data from the xbox without any change.
Please fix it soon!!!
Buddy they aren’t gonna fix it any time soon, they had this bug listed as “under investigation” since season 26 first came out. At this point everyone experiencing the bug has moved on from the situation coming to terms that ea really couldn’t give a rats behind about the Xbox community. Promise you 100% that we won’t even be compensated for the trouble either. After being forced to play without my alc settings EA 100% ain’t getting no more of my money. Pretty sad they prioritize shop updates over serious issues such as these but hey that’s what happens when corporate greed takes control. Games cooked.
Yeah, this is a **bleep**ing joke. Honestly…
I have had to input my settings over 30 times now. Because in one session, if the game crashes for whatever reason, and I log back in, I have to then go through the whole process again.
I can see on the Trello that it’s ’In Progress’. Which is great, but honestly…Where the **bleep** is the communication between EA and the community? There are no notes on the Trello. Nothing to manage expectations or give us some sort of ETA.
I get these things happen, but if it’s not going to be fixed anytime soon, just keep us in the loop.
I have to literally scour the ends of the internet to look for some sort of update. Reddit, here and Trello.
Won’t be playing the game until it’s fixed because I’m honestly sick and **bleep**ing tired of having to set the game up from scratch 2-3 times in a single session. Worst it when the game crashes in the middle of a ranked match. Holy **bleep**…
EA_Mako I don't know if this helps or not but i've been having this issue since the season started and specifically when i adjust my per optic settings, the next time i log off that's when it will reset all settings and do the term and conditions for the next time I log in. When i do not adjust the per optic settings everything is fine and dandy everything is still intact. Thank you hope this get changed soon, not fun having to adjust everything when I want to play.
