StounysCZ Yeah, I had this happen as well yesterday where it said that all 4 art tracker sets from the creator challenges were "new", (however my gift inbox had the correct dates and each gift contained the correct username of the player who had gifted me each art tracker set).
To me, this issue seems like it is on Respawn's side of things, (but who knows).
In the meantime, I don't think you need to worry about the inbox tab and whatever item that was "gifted" should also be marked as "unseen" in your legend locker, (which from the looks of it, you do have something marked as unseen, which is most likely the "gift"):
