have money in steam wallet cant buy apex coins

I have 60 bucks in my steam wallet. I am trying to buy 60 bucks worth of apex coins. Before I tried buying the 60 I had made multiple other small purchases that same day. Every time I click authorize my currency waves back and forth but it never goes through. I need help. And I did check my purchase history on steam its not the purchase being blocked or anything its just not going through at all.
