Heirloom shards

I received a purple pack guessing due to server issues and noticed others who opened 500 packs didn’t get an heirloom but I feel that since i unlocked my first heirloom which was maybe level 68 or 20 something briefly around that and maybe that was season 4 not too sure anyways I’m now level 214 I’m guaranteed i opened so many apex packs from that
