Help

i haven't play apex for several years. When i logged back to my apex account, all my progress including all items, skins, and mytic item were gone. Everything gone, back to lvl 1 and must to play introduction when i try to play. i use a same account when i play before in my steam. And my Ea account have a same account with steam and linked.  My in game name still the same like before but everythings gone. Please help me, i spend a lot money on apex account.and i have 2 dlc apex legends in my steam, but i can find DLC on steam store anymore.please help me
