high fps drops in illuminated areas in the game

After Season 28 update I noticed a high drop in my fps, I usually get around 180-200 fps. After the season 28 I started getting fps as low as 30 fps out of no where. I noticed that fps do get back up close to how it used to be in the dark areas of the map, let it be inside a closed room or any darker areas in general. For some reason when there is lightning the fps drops drastically hovering around 50 to 70 fps even if I am standing still in the firing range. The second I look at the sky I get 60 fps in firing range. I have never had this issue before in any seasons.
