I bought Ultimate+ Battle Pass but I didn’t receive the packs and blue crafting

Yesterday, I upgraded my Battle Pass to the Ultimate+ version, which includes special skins, green and blue crafting materials, and Apex Packs. However, I haven’t received the Apex Packs or the blue crafting materials, which were the main reasons I decided to purchase the upgrade.

Please help me resolve this issue. I spent money specifically for the 8 Apex Packs included in the upgrade, and I haven’t received any of them.
