I cannot play Ash its bugged.

So when i logged in to my account after months i saw ash is locked and the ''unlock legend'' button is blank. I contacted with the EA support team but they said they have nothing to do about it and i have to understand the situation. How can i understand a situation which is not my problem, its EA responsibility. I spend money for the legend skin yet i cannot even play or re-purchase it.
