I can't get on the game every platform crashes before I get to the menu

Dear EA Apex is the best game I've ever played, I've been playing since 2020 but I haven't been able to start my game at all it's been two weeks I haven't been able to play , I've tried my pc, my xbox, I even tried this Nvidia cloud app thingy and I get error or crashes before I even get to the menu I uninstalled reinstalled, I love this game, I'm not really upset I'm just very bummed, please fix this, take your time, but I really wanted to play the split and event, I hope you can take some time from your schedules and fix this for me
