I can't log in to Apex on Steam despite having my ban appealed

A few years ago I received a false ban for Apex which I was unaware of until recently, so I had it appealed. Even though my ban has since been removed, I am still unable to login to the game on Steam because it's treating my account as if I am still banned when I am not.

I looked up my issue and was told I had to unlink and relink my steam account. I tried to do so but the unlinking process seems to not function on the website for me.

Now I've tried to contact support, but since I believe this would technically be categorized as a login issue I can't contact support for this. I've tried using their AI support bot but it is incapable of helping you with this issue and you won't be able to reach an agent with the issue, so now I'm at a dead end.
