I didnt recieve my pass

kakadeposu​ The Battle Pass can only be bought through the Apex in-game store, through supported platform's store pages, (such as Xbox), and through the Apex Legends Official Store.

What this means for you:

• Google, (and Google Play), doesn't sell the Battle Pass. If you had bought the Battle Pass from Google/Google Play, you should get a refund for it and rebuy the Battle Pass through the Apex in-game store, supported platform's store pages, or through the Apex Legends Official Store.

I bought it from the official ea store. But I launch apex from steam. Now Im going to download apex on the EA launchee and try it again. If I dont recieve it , why is there a specific store for apex in the official ea store?

It says that I have the tier but in game, it says buy battle pass. So I still havent recieved it

Hey Midnight9746, I just found out the problem I was facing. I bought the battlepass from the ea store, but I was launching the game from steam, which is why I didnt seem to recieve it. I downloaded Apex from the EA Launcher, and I recieved the pass. Thank you for investing your time into helping me, have a nice day

kakadeposu​ Glad to hear that downloading the game from the EA App had worked for you. 

This would be because the platform you lunch the game from cannot check purchases made on other platforms, (such as if you had bought the Battle Pass on Xbox, your Steam Account won't be able to verify you had bought it).

Once you log in from the platform account that had made the purchase, the Battle Pass will become activated across all your connected platforms, (so you can go back to using Steam if you want to).
