We entered our final match before the split changed at 25:30 (1:30 AM) and won the match as Champions. Although the match summary screen showed that we earned the points, they were not reflected in our final total. If those points had been counted, my friend would have reached Predator rank. They are incredibly devastated right now.
tyorotyorooooo If I am understanding you correctly, your last ranked match didn't count due to the season entering its second split.
While strange as that is, I don't believe that this is a bug since everyone's ranks does get a soft reset when entering a new season or split, (which the switch to Season 29's second split may had gone into effect during your last ranked match).
However, if you believe this is a bug, can you please provide screenshots, (or videos), of your last ranked match so the issue can be looked into?
Note: I cannot guarantee that you would get your ranked points awarded if the issue was caused by a bug.
