I'm a returning player. When I logged into APEX on the Steam platform today, I was prompted to register. After linking my EA Account, I found that my account had been reset to Level 1. I have played this game for nearly 900 hours, so please help me recover my account.

今天早上上线发现等级突然变成了1级，通行证也回调了，但是传家宝和皮肤都还在，我在steam平台上有1238小时的游戏经历，可以帮我恢复内容吗
