I have been experiencing a persistent error in Apex Legends for over one month. The issue is triggered whenever I make purchases in the Apex store or open Apex Packs or bundles. When this happens, the game shows the following error: There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again. Detailed error information: sh_grx.gnut #1633 [UI] The index "11044" does not exist. This is not a random issue. It happens every time I try to purchase items in the Apex store or open Apex Packs. Please check whether this is related to my account data, store item data, or server-side data, and help fix the issue. I have attached a screenshot of the error.
