yeah that screenshot is of the purchase receipt from playstation confirming my payment for the ultimate+ purchase which is the price in rand (R) for south African Currency Which is stated in the email to be ultimate+ when i try to upgrade it doesn't allow me to as you can see in the first screenshot you sent it does not give me the price an when trying to upgrade, it does nothing? so which means based off the price i payed(also the packs an shards i received stating in my first post)which indicates i did in fact buy the ultimate+ battle pass but just never received the 10 tier skips an secondary skins which still is locked- as you can see in the screenshot
