I lost everything

So I logged on today and my account was level 1 and i Lost all my heirlooms I had 3 of them and 1 wraith prestige skin I have 2,578 hours on the game and have spent alot and it is currently all the my account is Polar_Oracle.. Please help I dont wanna start over again when ive spent so much money and time and hours grinding this game to get where i was at.
