I still can not buy apex packs after changing my location from Belgium to France

Before, I was living in belgium so the law for gambling on apex was on application (normal), but after I went in France and change my location in the game, I still can't buy any item with apex packs in them such as the ultimate pass or retro packs (the ones with skins in them) in the shop. After 1 hour chatting with an admin of ea, he can't help me and reported it as a bug.  Because of this and also can't have the apex packs rewarded in the battlepass.
