In Game Chat BROKEN, so is matchmaking and cheaters are out full force.

No in game chat, press enter and it pops up and disappears just as quick. Works for others but not for me. 
Matmaking seems more broken then ever to top it off. 
Just bought a battle pass and regret it. 
Cheaters are running rampant too.
