infinite loading queue

after a game when i try to requeue i get stuck for hours without any match its cycling between starting server and matchmaking this seems to happen exclusively for bot royal for me 
tried to switch data center reinstall the app changing dns using cloudflare warp switching character and skin and requeue going into firing range sating for 1 min and exiting trying other game mode like unranked and requeue switching to a different data center waiting in the menu screen restarting pc using mobile hotspot and still keeps on happening
tried on both steam version and then uninstalling steam version and installing via ea app
