Items being removed without the credits being returned

I was waiting for a match to start,  browsing through the store. I saw a pack that looked cool and decided to purchase it. Still in the loading queue btw. I go to the home page to open it and glance at the timer that is usually there and it just says something like waiting for “player pre information” or something similar. I think nothing of it cause Im wanna open the pack I just bought, right? Open the pack and get a skin. Go back to the lobby and it still say this same text, so I’m like  alr ill just relaunch the game. Open the game back up and see that the 300 credits used to buy the pack were gone, but when I went to see the character (Watson to be specific) I see that there is nothing, and no evidence of anything ever occurring except my money being gone.
