Language apex

PS5 – Apex Legends – Italian character dialogue language pack incorrectly detected as obsolete.
My PS5 system language and Apex text language are Italian.
“Apex Legends Character Dialogue Italian” is installed and shows 4.51 GB / Installed.
However, every time I launch Apex, I receive the message “Language pack obsolete” and the game switches character dialogue back to English.
Selecting “Update now” does nothing.
I have already redownloaded the Italian dialogue pack, restarted the PS5, cleared the PS5 system software cache, checked for Apex updates, and restored PS5 licenses.
The problem still occurs.
Please check whether the Italian dialogue package is incorrectly marked as obsolete for my PlayStation installation/account.
