Legend Locker UI cut off / missing icons on 4:3 aspect ratio

When playing on a custom 4:3 aspect ratio (e.g., 1440x1080 stretched), the Legend Locker UI does not scale correctly. The bottom row of Legends (such as Recon, Support, and Controller classes) is completely pushed down off the screen or overlaps weirdly with the top row. The icons disappear, making it impossible to click on certain Legends to customize their skins or banners or equip heirlooms using the mouse.

The Legend locker UI should scale properly to fit all Legend icons on the screen, regardless of the aspect ratio being used.
