Lifeline spotlight pass

I went to buy the spotlight pass for lifeline to get a legendary skin thinking it was a killer deal later to find out that the restore 500 health for temates dosent work as well as craft 2 expired ally banner cards wishing that this gets fixed still waiting on my legendary skin
