losing my apex coins

Sorry to interrupt my time. I have wanted to tell you that my apex coins are go due to the bug that you guys haven't found out I have lose my precious coins because I am not buying apex coins. I don't buy things in game and I want to have 150 heirloom shards and I think it is reasonable. You guys had lost my only coins and I require 150 heirloom shards. You can search If I am lying or not. I was not able to buy any skin and I felt so uncomfortable due to this incident. If you had time to read this please read this. By Michey_0206
