Lost 50 Apex Packs

I purchased 50 apex packs and when I went to upgrade them to the wishlist, it crashed. I restarted the server and lost all 50 packs. I ended up have to buy another 50.

Please investigate at your earliest convenience. My gamertag is my username.

please contact EA Support so they can check what happened to your purchase. We don't have access to account information here in the forum, so cannot investigate these types of issues.
