Menus not working in lobby and currency glitched

The pack quest shop and my money are stuck in an infinit load

Now everytime I return to lobby everything’s pending other than my friends list and the game selection, I can go into games but I can’t do anything else with my inventory or event, I just bought the battle pass and I had a gibby spot light pass all going at once so I don’t know if maybe that had something to do with it? I’m still restarting my game and nothings working help

i deleted the game and reinstalled, then deleted the client and reinstalled that and the game as well, neither worked. also restarted pc and task managered the client multiple times to restart both the client and the game. tried logging in through another server (both eu and ap) to see if it was a server syncing issue - also loaded into matches on all possible servers to see if that was related. i also had my bf log into my account from his pc to see if it was an issue with my pc, and he wasn't able to access my tabs or credits either, also had him load into the range and leave to see if it was a server syncing issue. he isn't having this problem but i am and i am very concerned because I did spend money on the game and want to ensure that I get what I paid for, especially considering i started experiencing the glitch after i spent money and now cannot access the store or any tabs that are not related to queueing into the game. please assist. I'm also wondering if this has to do with me swapping to mnk (i used to use console years ago, but I quit around s11 and decided to come back to the game a little bit ago,  but now I play on my pc). 

Basically, I was playing on apex legends and last night I purchased 3 legend passes, which basically give you rewards by doing challenges as my favourite characters, I have completed one of them last night and haven't received my Fuse Skin pack and literally the game I completed it, has now made my lobby stuck in loading which means I can't change skins or legends. It's been like it since last night and I've tried restarting multiple times, there is no update so I think I'm bugged. Also briefly for like 30 seconds my lobby was fine, and I was missing my Fuse pack, battle pass rewards and event rewards. Hoping I'm not the only one and hope it gets fixed soon. 

The Legend Pass perks show as obtained, but I can't actually get the rewards. Even though I paid for it, I feel like I've been scammed.

Omg, I thought I was the only one with this issue. I re bought the ash spotlight pass and never got any of my packs along with my bp rewards too. I’ve had this happen ever since yesterday, I’m just trying to play ranked 😭

The same thing has happened to me this season I bought the horizon octain and wraith pass the plus the ultimate plus pass and I've not been getting any of the rewards and it keeps loading pls fix this asap or else I'm quitting this season 😭 

same with me and lifeline pass i spent money to just not be able to use anything
