Missing Apex Coins/ Apex Pack

I opened an apex pack, decided to use my 100 apex coins on another one, in the middle of buying it my game crashed, loaded back in and it loaded the like care package dropping like it does when you first load back in, it says I got an apex pack, go to open it and it just says error over and over yet my apex points are still gone, I’ve reset the game like twice now, I just reset it again and none of the other tabs will load and my credits and points and everything won’t but I’m loaded into a game as soon as I readied up. I didn’t see the file attachment part or else I would’ve taken a video of it
